Product Description
The plow blade mixer is a highly efficient powder mixing equipment. Inside its cylinder, there is a high-speed rotating plow blade group that can lift the materials to form a fluidized mixing state. Meanwhile, the synergistic effect of the plow blade and the stirring paddle can quickly break up the agglomerated materials. In the chemical, food, building materials and other industries, it is often used to uniformly mix powder or granular materials of different particle sizes and densities. It features high mixing efficiency, low energy consumption and good mixing accuracy, and can meet the mixing requirements of various industrial productions.
Working Principle
When the plow blade mixer is in operation, the motor drives the main shaft to make the plow blade assembly rotate at high speed. The plow blades at a certain Angle throw the materials up along the tangential direction to form a parabolic flow, generating a macroscopic movement of up and down rolling inside the cylinder. At the same time, the high-speed rotating plow blades apply a strong shearing force to the agglomerated materials to break them up. Combined with auxiliary components such as side scrapers, it promotes the circulation of materials. The thrown materials fall back under the effect of gravity, forming convection. Materials in different areas continuously exchange positions due to the speed difference. The collision and friction between particles achieve microscopic diffusion. Eventually, under the combined effect of shearing, convection and diffusion, materials of different particle sizes and densities are quickly and evenly mixed. After the mixing is completed, the materials are discharged through the bottom discharge valve.
